The campsite is home to a variety of plants:
Many trees provide welcome shade and coolness for campers, especially after spending long hours in the sun by the pool, on the hot sandy beaches of Le Grau-du-Roi, or cycling in the surrounding area. The park is lined with pine, plane, olive, poplar, gypsy, maple, weeping willow, melia and hackberry trees – a paradise for nature lovers. There is also a completely shaded area, which is popular with campers who are sometimes tired of the heat or simply miss nature.
You can request your preferred pitch (subject to availability and an additional charge).
During the high season, if you stay for at least a week, you can choose your arrival and departure days freely and tailor your stay to your liking. This season, we have waived all booking and processing fees to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
At the Abri de Camargue campsite, you will experience a real sense of community, whether you are staying in a tent, caravan or motorhome. Added to this is our commitment to quality service, as evidenced by the renewal of the ‘Tourisme Qualité Sud de France’ label.
Our campsite is a manageable size and is located far from large hotel complexes and chains to encourage personal encounters. You collect moments, not things.

Our campsite is suitable for people with reduced mobility and special needs in terms of reception and accessibility. We have risen to this challenge by offering accessible sanitary facilities with seats and grab rails, showers, a laundry room, a kids' club and a cinema. This new service is supported by the Occitanie region in recognition of its innovation.
Our top priority is the quality of the materials and infrastructure, ensuring you an exceptional stay in an atmosphere characterised by the colours of the Mediterranean and the architectural traditions of the Camargue, whatever the season. All sanitary facilities have been completely redesigned to be modern and bright. There are areas designated for 'young mothers', some of which have double cubicles and hairdryer areas.
Wi-Fi is available on all pitches for an additional charge or in the restaurant free of charge.
Our campsite is the perfect choice for those seeking a cosy, intimate setting close to the village centre and beach, with easy access to both by bicycle. Bicycles can be hired directly from the restaurant.
