Reservation Deposit General Responsibilities Cancellation Cancellation guarantee Reservation To be registered, the contract must be accompanied by a deposit cheque for 30% of the total amount of the stay. The reservation is only valid after payment of the deposit and receipt of the confirmation sent by the campsite. The balance of the stay (remaining amount due) must be paid as follows, no later than 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date. A pre-authorisation of the deposit amount will be requested on your credit card. Deposits: (pre-authorisation on credit card) Pitch deposit : €30If the badge is not returned on departure, or if the pitch is not left clean, the deposit will be retained by the campsite. Mobile home deposit: €450 (€420 mobile home deposit, €15 deposit for the access badge to open the barriers, €15 as a guarantee that the pitch will be left clean on departure).Pre-authorising the deposit allows us to set aside a maximum of €450, which we can collect during or after your stay if we can prove that you have caused damage to the rental property or campsite during your stay. Before departing, the tenant must clean the cottage (including cleaning, washing up, refrigerator, cooking equipment, etc.). If this is not done, a cleaning fee of €89 will be deducted from the deposit. Any complaints will be taken into account within 24 hours of the customer's arrival. After this period, if the tenant breaks or damages the cottage or its accessories, the €450 deposit will be cashed and subsequently refunded, minus the cost of the damage. More generally, in the event of any damage to the campsite, all deposits will be cashed.
GENERAL INFORMATION : Wearing the wristband is compulsory. If it is lost, you will be charged €15. Each family must be registered with a contract, the rights of which are non-transferable. This rental is a temporary rental. Pitches and mobile homes are designed for a maximum of 6 people, including children and babies; any additional persons will be refused. In the event of a late arrival or early departure for any reason, no refund, reduction or compensation will be given. Upon the customer's arrival, no refund will be made in the event of the unexpected absence of one or more participants in the stay. Arrivals are accepted from 4pm. In July and August, no arrivals will be accepted and no keys will be handed over before 4pm. Departures are between 8am and 10am. Arrivals are possible until 7pm. After this time, the campsite will hold the pitch for 24 hours; after this period and without any news from the customer, the campsite will dispose of the pitch or accommodation, the defaulting customer being presumed to have cancelled their booking; this booking is automatically cancelled, without any formalities, at their fault and grievance; the sums paid are retained by the campsite as damages. The pitch or accommodation will be chosen by the campsite attendant. In the event that the pitch is vacated or abandoned, the campsite reserves the right to dispose of the pitch or accommodation. In the specific case where the tenant wishes to have a different pitch or accommodation than the one designated upon arrival, this request may be granted within the limits of availability. By signing this contract, the customer automatically agrees to the rules and regulations of the swimming pool, the cinema: ‘LA MAISON CARRÉE’, the kids' club: ‘LES LUTINS CAMARGUAIS’ and ‘L'ANNEXE’ at their disposal. Non-contractual photos The photos on the campsite's website are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual. They are intended to give a general idea of the services and facilities on offer. However, they may not accurately reflect reality due to changes or developments in the infrastructure or services.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather of any kind, whether or not covered by an insurance contract, etc., and in the event of civil liability. As the swimming pools and children's playground are not supervised, the usual precautions should be taken. Minors remain the responsibility of their parents present on the campsite. It is the customer's responsibility to have civil liability insurance, for which they must provide proof of the terms of the insurance contracts and payment of premiums. In the event of serious misconduct, breach of contract, breach of campsite rules, night-time disturbances, damage, etc., the perpetrator will be expelled. Open fires and shisha pipes are prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages. Motor vehicles are prohibited from entering the campsite BETWEEN 1AM AND 6AM. DURING THIS PERIOD, NO MOTOR VEHICLES MAY ENTER OR LEAVE THE CAMPsite THROUGH THE ENTRANCE GATES. VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED OUTSIDE THE CAMPSITE. The car park at the entrance is reserved exclusively for second cars, for which parking is subject to a charge. The tenant undertakes to comply with the campsite rules, which are displayed at the entrance and available at the reception office on request. Establishment under video surveillance, located in an area at risk of natural disasters. Vans or trucks towing caravans are strictly prohibited for safety reasons related to their size. CANCELLATION : Cancellation must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Nîmes shall have jurisdiction. Right of withdrawal : "In accordance with the provisions of L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, which must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period. "CANCELLATION Guarantee : We recommend that you take out cancellation cover, at a cost of €6 per day. This is payable in full and only when booking your stay. It is in addition to the deposit and covers all persons registered for the stay.
Due to COVID-19 and the resulting evolving health measures for the 2025 season, we have introduced a Vacances Freedom Offer which relaxes the cancellation guarantees in the event of COVID-19 illness or inability to travel.

To be valid, cancellation of the stay must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 3 days after the event leading to the cancellation. The complete and irrefutable list of reasons covered by this guarantee is described below. All cancellation requests must be accompanied by specific and indisputable supporting documents. The cancellation guarantee ensures reimbursement of the contractual rental price when the cancellation occurs between the date of booking and 15 days before the date of arrival at the campsite, for an event that was unknown or unforeseeable at the time of booking. Beyond 15 days before the date of arrival, you will be reimbursed 25% of the full rental amount. Non-refundable amounts: the cancellation guarantee and the cancellation fees for the stay, amounting to £84. The events covered by the cancellation guarantee are (exhaustive list):Death, serious physical accident or serious and sudden illness of yourself or a close family member. Relocation due to a job transfer. Dismissal of yourself or your spouse. Damage to your main residence due to: fire, water damage, damage to property as a result of theft, vandalism, storms or natural disasters. The cancellation guarantee ceases to be effective from the start of the rental period and cannot be invoked if one of the events listed above occurs during the stay.
In the event of cancellation of the booking by the campsite, the deposit paid will be refunded in full to the customer, except in cases of force majeure. In the event of government measures that would force the customer to cancel their stay even though the campsite is able to honour it, a non-refundable credit note will be issued to the customer and will be valid for 12 months.
